Mohammad Younus Ali, Manikganj
Orientation Programme-2022 of the daily news correspondents of Manikganj, was held on Wednesday (June 22) at Rohan Library Auditorium in Aricha. The main theme of the orientation was ‘Background and Modern Outline of Journalism’.
Shibalaya Upazila Nirbahi Officer Md. Zahidur Rahman was the chief guest. Daily News Editor Babul Akhtar Manjur presided over the function.
The resource persons for the training were Dainik News Joint Editor Md. Rafiqul Islam, and Managing Editor Principal Mohammad Younus Ali. Reporters of different levels including district and upazila of the newspaper took part in the training, which started at 9:30 am.
Chief Guest Shibalaya Upazila Executive Officer Zahidur Rahman said that since the establishment of Dainik News, it has been playing a responsible role with devotion. Representatives or journalists participating in the orientation program of this magazine will be able to use their experience and knowledge to fulfill their responsibilities in the future. He said that at present, new challenges of journalism and journalism are being faced all over the world. Their responsibilities have increased more than before. He wished success to all including the editor of the newspaper, members of the editorial board and representatives.
Editor Babul Akhtar Manjur said that the newspaper has been able to gain huge demand and reputation all over the country since its publication on November 1, 2011. Training of correspondents and correspondents working in newspapers will be made more efficient.
