In memory of those killed in quota movement : Prayers held at Kamalganj central Durgabari

A prayer meeting was held at Kamalganj Central Durgabari in Bhanugach Bazar on Tuesday afternoon at 5:30 pm organized by Kamalganj Upazila Pooja Udjapon Parishad of Moulvibazar as part of one day state mourning in memory of the members of law enforcement and other victims of the quota movement.
President of Kamalganj Central Durgabari Management Committee Pradip Dutta Rentu presided over and joint general secretary Suman Dey organized on this occasion as chief guest in the discussion meeting, President of Upazila Puja Celebration Parishad Shyamal Chandra Das. Special guests were Pronit Ranjan Debnath, General Secretary of Upazila Puja Udjapon Parishad, Niranjan Deb, General Secretary of Upazila Hindu Buddhist Christian Unity Parishad, Liton Dutta, General Secretary of Kamalganj Central Durgabari Management Committee. Vice President of Kamalganj Central Durgabari Management Committee Dhirendra Dhar, Organizing Secretary of Upazila Puja Celebration Parishad Pratyush Dhar, retired teacher Nikhil Chandra Kar, teacher Pradeep Debnath, social worker Upendra Kumar Singh and others participated in the discussion.
At the end of the discussion meeting, a 1-minute silence was observed in memory of the members of the law and order forces and other victims of the quota movement to pray for the peace of their souls. Later special prayers were held.
