Thakurgaon students welcome resigned teachers with garlands

The general students of Chakhmil bohumukhi High School brought back 4 teachers who were forced to resign, including the headmaster.
The incident took place at 11 am on Thursday at Chakhmil Bahumukhi High School in Prajeya Union of Thakurgaon Sadar Upazila. Which has raised a storm of rhythmic praise.
Earlier last Sunday (August 25) a group of students forced the resignation of 4 people including the headmaster due to the incitement of some riotous and misbehaving people in the area.
It is known that the school’s headmaster Md. Salim Uddin, assistant teacher. Yashin Ali, Md. A group of students forced Noore Alam and Sharan Singh to sign the resignation letter. When this news spread, people from different walks of life, including current and former students, condemned and expressed their grief through social media. The students were furious after hearing the news of forced resignation.
Last Monday morning they gathered in the school grounds and protested to return their beloved teachers to the educational institution. Later on Wednesday, the local residents and the committee all decided to welcome the teachers on Thursday (August 29).
In view of that, the teachers were brought to the school in a white private car on Thursday morning. Later, the students welcomed them by garlanding their necks. At this time, the students held the feet of their teachers and asked for forgiveness and the students and teachers burst into tears due to emotion.
The students said that this act was mainly done by some rioters and miscreants. We are not responsible for this. It should be noted that last Sunday (August 25) a group of rioters and miscreants of Sadar Upazila went to that school and provoked the students and they blocked the teachers and demanded their resignation.
At that time, they set fire to the two cars of the teachers and started cheering. Later, a team of army along with the police came and rescued the teachers. At that time, the teachers were taken out of the room only after signing the resignation letter. They also threatened to kill the teachers.
