People have become fed up with the various controversial activities of GM Audud Hossain, Headmaster (acting) of Bhagbah Government Primary School in Koyra, Khulna.

Md. Moniruzzaman is the plaintiff to take action against various misdemeanors including embezzlement by selling all the bricks, doors, windows, etc. of the old building of the school before it became a trend and directly participating in the UP elections from political positions and beating the people of the area, extortion and threats of life and breaking the rules of government service. September Upazila Primary Education Officer, along with the application along with Koyra sent copies to various departments including the Honorable Education Adviser, ACC.

According to the complaint, when the complainant went to give tiffin to his son in the said school last Sunday 01/09/2024, he found that there were no bricks, doors or windows in the walls of the old building. After inquiry, it was found that GM Audud Hossain (Acting) sold the goods and embezzled them himself.

UP member Md. Shafiqul Islam illegally used the road soling without the brick tender of the old building of the said school with the help of Acting Headmaster GM Audud Hossain. Apart from that, Acting Headmaster GM Audud Hossain has sold the rest of the bricks to various persons. In the meantime, brick buyers have confessed. Moreover, he has been directly involved in various political activities from sitting in political positions for a long time, and has physically tortured and threatened the other party, including direct political participation in the UP elections. Also, there are cases and charges against him including extortion by threatening sabotage cases against various people.

Local Matleb Shikari said, that Odud master demanded chada from me, wanted to bury me and my family if I don’t give chada. I fulfilled some of his demands in fear of life and danger to the lives of family members. For this I filed a case against Audu Hossain in Koyra court. bearing number CR 449/24. CID will investigate the case.

Local people said that Adud Hossain has embezzled money by selling the bricks and sand of the school without telling anyone about his power. He also sold the bricks of this school to UP members and used them for government roads. They also said that Audud Master has collected various sums of money by threatening various people in the area with lawsuits, and has made many people leave the area. They demanded exemplary punishment of Adud Hossain.

Mujahid Gazi, a van driver used for brick transport, said that I took 2/3 thousand bricks from the old building 2/3 months ago and delivered them to the house of Audu Master.

Brick buyer Kabir Sana said I have bought 300 bricks from Aud master for laying bricks in Goal. Also, Prabir Mondal said that he also bought 150 bricks for 1400 taka from Adud Master.

Abu Zafar, president of the school’s managing committee, said on the phone, “I don’t know who sold or bought the goods including brick doors and windows.” Since Adud Hossain is the headmaster of the school, the responsibility rests on him. It is true that he was the former president of Awami League.

In this regard, Upazila Education Officer Tapan Babu said on the phone that I am outside, when asked about receiving in the office, he said that anyone can receive in the office. When we spoke after reaching office, he said I am busy, I will talk later. After calling him repeatedly, he did not receive the call.

Regarding the allegations, GM Audud Hossain said over the phone that the allegations against me are false. It is nothing but a local conflict.
